    Analyst Programmers

    Experience Required: 6 – 10 Year


    Job Description:

  • Responsibilities – Provide daily application support and trouble shooting of various business application systems. -Responsible for customizing, enhancing and maintaining application systems
  • Responsible for systems analysis and design. – Liaise with internal users and external vendors for project & production system support activities
  • Perform user requirements analysis and system documentation preparation.- Perform application database maintenance, tuning capacity planning
  • Conduct user acceptance testing and training. – Assist manager to manage outsource vendor performance. -Ensure service levels are met. Ensure auditory and regulatory compliance
  • Requirements – Degree holder in Computer Science or IT related discipline. – 6+ years experience in IT application system support software development role
  • solid experience with full development lifecycle in client server technology. -Solid experience in most of the following technologies – C#, ASP.NET, MVC, VB6, Crystal Report, VBA, MS SQL, ORACLE DB, Access
  • Solid experience in system integration, system design & support. -Experience in Database installation and maintenance, tuning and capacity planning an advantage. -Good concept on database design and programming. – Good technical knowledge and application experience across multiple IT platforms, development environments and applications
  • Experience in MS Windows, Linux (RHEL, SUSE), Solaris is an advantage. -Experience in developing or supporting CRM, DMS or web applications is an advantage. -Experience in production service management is an advantage
  • Experience on implementing or supporting Insurance/Health Care application systems a plus. -Experience or knowledge in supporting application infrastructure is an advantage
  • Knowledge on using MS Dynamics CRM is an advantage. – Must have excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to handle technical or business questions. -Must be business savvy and result oriented as well as a team player
  • Good interpersonal skills to interact with team members & business users. -Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and switch between tasks quickly. -Good command of spoken and written English
